Nuestro logotipo representa a un marinero, en honor a FRANCISCO RIVAS YERENA , fundador del restaurante, un militar con alma de cocinero y espíritu emprendedor. Su disciplina, pasión por la cocina y amor por su familia son el ancla que sostiene todo lo que hacemos. El nombre ROMA nace de una conexión íntima y creativa: son las mismas letras que componen el nombre de su hijo, Omar, quien continúa con este legado. Es un tributo silencioso pero poderoso a la familia, a las raíces y al sueño compartido. La temática marina de nuestro restaurante está inspirada en La Paz, Baja California sur, la ciudad donde pase mi niñez . Rodeada de mar, atardeceres tranquilos y sabores costeros, este lugar vive en cada detalle del restaurante: en la decoración náutica, en el ambiente relajado, en los colores frescos y en el concepto de comunidad. Muy buen servicio. Me atendió una chica muy linda, güerita y bajita que me dijo que se llamaba Areli. Súper amable, atenta en todo momento y con muy buena actitud. Da gusto cuando te topas con personas así. La comida también está rica, todo bien servido y con buen sabor.
